Our designers use fresh and seasonal flowers and foliage to create the perfect gift for you. Let us know in the ‘Special Instructions’ section of the checkout if there is any particular colours or flowers you would like us to use and we will do our best to accomodate.
Delivery Information:
Our deliveries go out at 2pm each weekday. You can expect to receive your delivery anywhere from 2pm-5pm weekdays. We use realtime notifications, so you can rest assured our in house delivery team are with your order each step of the way, sending you an email the moment it is delivered and notify the recipient via their contact number, with a photo of where it has been placed if no one was home to collect.
We ensure all deliverys are delivered on time to the correct address. If no one is home for delivery we will leave it in a safe space and send a photo to the recipient to inform them we have delivered something to them. Ordering with Petal and Sage agrees you are happy for us to do this. Petal and Sage take no responsibility for stolen packages once the delivery has been made and the information of placement has been sent.
